I am clerk at an intermediate court in Colombia requires the development of several critical applications. The primary need is for a robust court decision processing application, along with various other document processing tools. There is an existing, incomplete application that needs to be reviewed, completed, or potentially rebuilt to meet current operational requirements. The ideal freelancer will have strong expertise in C development and be able to deliver reliable, efficient, and secure desktop applications tailored for a legal environment. Understanding of document management workflows and database integration will be crucial for this project.
