Convert a python exe installer to iOS. With source files

I have a program installer that is for windows.
We built it in python installer. And compiled it in py compiler.
I have the source files including he bat and ino files for our program.
I need. To make a version that can install using a Mac.
The installer is not installing on the computer. It is uploading to a device tge user connects by usb.
So I basically need to make my exe program for windows . Converted into a program installer that will work on iOS.
I think the only thing to do is to convert my bin bat ino files into a format for iOS then compile again in py compiling
