Convert an old C++ code for a disaster similator from C++ to Python

I have an old code for a disaster simulator written in C++. Have the code but not sure if it is working. The documentation of C++ is also available. It uses libraries such as CGAL3.3 c , Qt3.3 c , fire lab C,
and BoostGraphLibrary c. I have no dataset for testing so you need to generate it as well maybe.
I need to convert the entire code to python and if the application uses the python equivalent libraries. It would be a plus if you have operational research knowledge. P.S: I am a mac OS user.
