Convert my laser engraver (atomstack X7) into a GRBL based card sorting machine

I want to convert my laser engraver (atomstack X7) into a GRBL based card sorting machine and I'm seeking a programmer to develop software to put cards into separate bins. See excel diagram. You don't have to sort the cards, This involves only picking up a card from the center lane and moving it to the box nominated, then back to the center.
