Convert Pinescript to Quantower -- 2

I have an indicator (coded for ninja trader and also for tradingview) that I would like to have it converted to quantower. Again, I have the code in for ninjatrader in case that you prefer to work with the ninjatrader script which I am told is very similar to quantower.
