Convert Dice and Chart Cricket Game To Windows Program

I have an existing game engine that i am enhancing and need someone to bring it to life qith their coring skills. There are no graphics required, it is a text based game. Eventually i would like the action to play out on a GUI. It requires a database of players, grounds etc and the ability to add to and edit this. Ideally the programmer would be familiar with cricket and the way a game progresses.
