Consumer Electronics Firmware Testing Expert
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am searching for a proficient Firmware Testing Engineer, with distinct expertise in the C programming language for purposes of writing test firmware for use of RF testing in an FCC lab for an IoT device with BLE, Wi-Fi 4, and CAT M1 capabilities in the North American region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primarily, your role will be to write new test cases for the firmware, ensuring exhaustive coverage to prevent potential system breakdowns.
Experience and Skills:
- Deep understanding of C language and firmware testing is mandatory.
- Prior experience in working with consumer electronics is highly preferred.
-Deep familiarity with BLE, Wi-Fi 4, and CAT M1 technologies and RF protocols
-Familiarity with FCC testing processes/requirements in regards to above RF bands
-Familiarity with Git source control
- Excellent debugging skills will serve an added advantage.
Your technical proficiency, attention to detail, and drive to engineer perfect firmware will be the cornerstone of our product's reliability.
