C# Command-Line COM API Executor

I'm looking for a C# developer to implement a local, command-line, Windows application for me. This application will execute a method from a class, specifically one that is part of a COM API.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in C# programming.
- Experience with COM API.
- Ability to develop a command-line interface.
- Familiarity with Windows OS.
The method to execute is documented and I will provide all necessary documentation. Visual studio 2022 is required. The ideal candidate would be able to deliver a clean, efficient, and well-documented piece of code that adheres to good programming practices.
