Combine 2 indicator wt alert from trading view public library -- 2

I have 2 indicators from public library of tradingview which is (Divergence RSI-VWAP and RSI Divergence Ultimate).I want to create buy and sell conditions and create alert when this condition meet. The conditions as follows:

Buy condition when:
Divergence RSI-VWAP: Below level 20 and RSI Divergence Ultimate: Regular Bullish Divergence

Sell condition when:
Divergence RSI-VWAP: Above level 80 and RSI Divergence Ultimate: Regular Bearish Divergence
