C Coding - Comms Issue

We are currently using a TMS320F28069 https://www.ti.com/product/TMS320F28069 micro-controller. Comms are running on RS485. We are using a LS PLC to communicate with the micro-controller. On the PLC comms monitoring tool we are receiving "Unknown" packets. Due to this we had to slow down the comms between PLC and micro-controller causing update delays on the HMI. We require someone experienced in C to review our current program and find the problem and come up with a solution to assist us. Attached log from PLC.
