C++ Code Correction for Runtime Error -- 2

I am currently having an issue with my existing C++ code, specifically experiencing issues in malloc and tcp connection . This project entails finding and rectifying this issue to ensure efficient operation. This job will require you to dive into an already existing C++ codebase, put logs identify the problem with our runtime, and implement a fix.

We have the c++ code already with us , it has a module cold udp which is custom-developed, the problem is that when udp is run it throws this error sometimes when packets come from tracker :
