Key objectives and requirements for this project:
• Retain the Original Appearance: My main goal is to maintain the original look of my Mini while upgrading to electric power. Conversion should be done meticulously to preserve both interior and exterior aspects of the vehicle.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience working with classic car EV conversions is essential
• A deep understanding of the SME motor controller and VW I4 batteries is highly desirable
• BMS in particular Orion 2
• C programming and knowledge of field oriented control desirable
