Chipone ICN2153 PWM Initialization Code for LED Panel
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
The Freelancer that accepts this project agrees to the requirements and terms of this project which are setout below. No alteration to the project terms are accepted, unless agreed in writing/chat by the project owner.
PROJECT DETAILS
We are integrating a LED Matrix Panel with the Raspberry Pi 4, via the Adafruit RGB Matrix Hat. To integrate the LED Matrix Panel with the Raspberry Pi, a initialization code needs to be sent to the IC Drivers of the LED Matrix Panel before it is able to display anything.
FREELANCER TASK
1. The awarded FREELANCER is to write the required "Initialization Code" in C language, so that the Raspberry is able to display text/graphics on the LED Matrix Panel.
2. The "Initialization Code" must fully operate without glitches, which is determined by the LED Matrix Panel displaying correctly without any visual glitches/flickering/ghosting.
3. The Freelancer must demonstrate that the "Initialization Code" is functioning correctly on the Project Owners remote hardware device.
4. The Freelancer is to provide the "Initialization Code" to the Project Owner, and the Project Owner will require 24hrs to verify that the "Initialization Code" is correct and meets the requirements of this project, prior to releasing payment to the Freelancer.

Panel pixel size - 32 pixels x 64 pixels

Documents for the Chipone IC PWM Driver are attached to this project, which include the programming guide and IC Driver parameters. Note that the ICN2153 commands are listed on the Chipone ICN2053 document.
PROJECT VALUE / PAYMENT / DEADLINE /TERMINATION
1. The total project value is $1,500AUD.
2. If the Freelancer accepts this project, the Project Owner will make payment of the project value in escrow, and payment will not be released in part or in full until the Freelancer has completed the project in full and is fully functional.
3. The Freelancer agrees that if he is unable to fully complete the functional project within the agreed timeframe, this project will be terminated and NO MONIES will be paid to the Freelancer, and the payment made in escrow will be released UNDISPUTED by the Freelancer, back to the Project Owner.
4. The agreed project deadline is Tuesday 23rd of August.
5. The Project Owner may under his own discretion, without any obligation to do so, pay the Freelancer a $500AUD bonus if the Freelancer delivers the project fully functional at least 2 days before the stipulated deadline.
