CPU Function to NVIDIA GPU Porting (Hybrid MPI + GPU)

I am looking for someone with experience in porting CPU code to GPUs. The project involves converting existing code written in C to be compatible with NVIDIA GPUs. Must understand MPI , OpenACC Acceleration, OpenMP offloading, Parallel Processing, Parallel Computing, GPU porting libraries for GPUs and good at C/C++ programming. Must be expert in computer science, numerical libraries, performance optimization and parallel programing. Several Projects small and big projects will follow for the right person.
