CPP-Coder with Cyber Security Knowledge Needed for Project -- 3

I am in need of a skilled CPP-coder with a solid understanding of cyber security, particularly in the area of anti-cheat solutions.
Description
I'm developing a very simple maphack for Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction private modified server.
Requirements:
- A DLL file that is applied to the game by injection along with it's source code. I need it to have an HWID lock to the CPU and possibility of adding and removing HWID's.
Required hack functions (You can see on this link https://www.ownedcore.com/forums/mmo/diablo-2/931987-wts-project-diablo-2-maphack-new.html how it looks which is an example of a hack that was created for this game version):
- Reveal the map of current zone that the player is in
- Show line destinations to the next and previous zone, waypoints, bosses and quest objectives
- Show Monsters (with different colors depending on if its normal minions, champion pack, elite monster or boss monster) and chests on the map
- Maximize Light Radius of the zone
- Auto potion (automatically uses a potion when the player reaches a certain health or mana point threshold which should be able to be configured with a margin of 5% per tick; 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% etc up to 90%). You can see on the link what it looks like (the right column is the mercenary who has no mana and the left column is the player who has life and mana). It should have a toggle setting to use potions from inventory before belt slots (which is where you normally use your potions from) as a quality of life thing
- A button to close and open the hack ingame without it crashing
- It needs to be as undectedable as possible by their anticheat system. This is where the cyber security skills comes in
- It needs to have similiar settings and configuration function as this hack has (so that it can be modified ingame without having to close and open the game or the hack) Example:
