I am looking for a developer to build software that can redirect communication between TCP ports. For example, I have a software that uses port 23. I would like software to redirect communication sent by my software from port 23 to a chosen port at the selected IP address. E.g. If I have a device with IP 192.168.1.1 that communicates through port 4533, but my software can only use port 23 to communicate, then send communication to 192.168.1.1:23, your software would send it to 192.168.1.1:4533, and any communication returned from 192.168.1.1 would come back through port 23.
Programming Language:

- The software should be compatible with Windows. It needs to run as a service, if possible.
