Build me a program where data from an IoTthink server is represented as a thematic map. -- 2

I'm working on a project where soil moisture sensors are installed in a rectangular plot and the data from the sensors are available in the cloud as well as a server called IoTthink. The plot itself is divided into grids (only 5), with each grid having one sensor. What I am looking for is a programmer who can develop me a program where the data from the server is represented as a single thematic map that changes its color in real time according to the data. In the picture you can see an example of a thematic map where the parameter is population. Contact if interested at the earliest.
