Build Raspberry Pi Camera with TPM

Looking for an engineer who can assemble a raspberry pi with a high quality camera module and a TPM module, and potentially integrate the TPM module for cryptographic signing. In addition, code to capture photos from a button click and run some post processing. Essentially, looking for help to build a programmable digital camera.
