Build Advanced WAD File Manipulation Library

As a client, I'm looking for a skilled C++ programmer to assist in constructing a library that manipulates WAD files. This will involve:
- Reading data from WAD files
- Writing data to WAD files
- Modifying existing data within these files
Apart from the base structure which I will provide, the rest of the logic has to be developed or enhanced from scratch. An ideal candidate for this project should have outstanding skills and expertise in C++ and an in-depth understanding of WAD files and how to work with them.
