Bluetooth to TCP/IP application for RaspberryPI -- 2

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Bluetooth(Serial profile) to TCP/IP application for RaspberryPI. The primary goal of the application is to transfer data between Bluetooth devices and a TCP/IP network. The ideal candidate should have experience in Python/C++ programming language.
