Binary Data Transformation using C

I am in need of an experienced C programmer who can process medium-sized binary files. Your task will be to apply mathematical operations on the data and store the transformed data into a new binary file.
Specifically, I require someone skilled in:
- Processing binary files with C
- Applying mathematical operations to binary data
- Writing transformed data back into a new binary file
Please note that a graphical user interface is not necessary; a command line interface will suffice for the purpose of this project. The files to be processed are expected to be in the range of 100KB to 1MB.
Your experience in working with binary files, implementing mathematical operations in C, and your ability to deliver high-quality code will be critical for the success of this project.
