The goal of this is so companies dont have to hire hudnreds of sales and support people. They can just sign on up on the web site and it will replace sales and support people. The sales and support people will not be fired, instead they will just manage the ai, listen to the calls and make sure all the calls are done correctly.
Goal - Replace customer support staff, and use AI instead. No more customer support employees, customer support should be answered by AI. People should AI Customer Service Agents, instead of people because people are expensive.
Simple, upload as many phone calls as possible, AI learns, ask ai any questions and it will reply base on the phone calls submitted.
