Basic programming

I am looking for an experienced freelancer with exceptional programming skills to help create a basic program for me. I need the program completed within 1 week and prefer that it be coded in C Language. While I do have a few ideas about the specifics of the program, I am open to hearing the freelancer’s suggestions and ideas. The successful candidate will be able to deliver quality work in a timely manner.
