Bakery POS Software Development

I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a user-friendly POS software for a bakery in Kinshasa. This software must be designed for a dedicated POS terminal, featuring a very simple button-based touch screen interface.
Key Features:
- Sales tracking: The software should enable efficient monitoring of sales to help manage the business's performance.
- Customer loyalty program: A built-in system to reward repeat customers as they work on multiple client types and commission levels based on price .
- a QR code on each invoice to be scanned by the delivery team in order to be marked as delivered (I want to avoid clients photocopying their receipts and returning with them on later days). (Clients get their receipts on one counter and head to another one for reception).
- sign in should ideally be done by finger print as the users are not sophisticated at all in IT.
- user friendliness UE should be extremely simple and easy to updated for price and items etc.
- software should automatically calculate commission payable by client based on their type and the price they pay.
- the software should be extremely simple to avoid down time and ideally should have an easy to move to redundancy on a parallel hardware.
