Aveva PLC programming

As an experienced operator of process control systems, I am seeking a qualified freelancer to program an advanced Aveva PLC system on my behalf. The programming needs to be done in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram for an existing PLC system I possess. There are no safety protocols that need to be incorporated into the programming.
