Automate sending files from one server to another

I have two servers. On one server, there is an automated task that updates two files every 20 minutes. I would like a script to be created that sends these two files from that server to the other server at 20 minute intervals.

This automated task can only be completed on one server, so it is not possible to run it on the destination server.
