Arduino Programming with Sql database and desktop front end

Im looking for an experienced programmer to write software that will enable me to control a fan device. The device will have 3 sensors that will control the fan within a specific set of parameters and transmit data over wifi to the sql database. Each of my customers will have up to 40 devices.
The desktop will have customer login access to a desktop that will be connected to the sql server. their desktop will show the data from each of their devices only. I can have unto 100 customers each with 40 devices. The data from each device will be recorded on the customers desktop.
I need a dedicated experienced programmer and a quick turn around.
Im not adding a price for the job as I want a committed person who can easily do this quickly and then offer support and further development in the future.
Similar experience is necessary.
