Apply "Switch Device Toolbar" functionality with Chrome extension

We can simulate an Android device on a Chrome browser.
You can open the Chrome Developer Tool and do it with the Switch Device Toolbar feature.

I want it to be applied immediately when running chrome browser without opening the developer tool with chrome extension.

I'm not trying to implement the action of clicking the toolbar switch function in the Chrome developer tool

Must be applied directly to the browser
