Analog clock on Modern OpenGL C++ -- 3

Hi, I have to build a mini-project for course-work in university. The theme is analog clock which shows real-time date and time. It does not have to be really fancy, the important thing is to be written with Modern OpenGL (OpenGL Core) on C++ and not on OpenGL Legacy. I have the code in Legacy already, which can be helpful for the creating of the "new" code.
