Allen Bradley PLC Programming with Text Messaging System

I have an AB PLC connected to 18 different systems in a manufacturing facility. When a system has a fault and reports it to the PLC, I want the PLC to sent a specific message regarding the type of faults to cell phones via text massaging and to email addresses to alert effected people.
