Aligning the coordinate systems of accelerometer and vehicle

I have a FXOS8700CQ accelerometer, which is placed on a vehicle in an arbitrary position. The accelerometer brings its default coordinates, now I want a program that calculates the new vectors according to the chassis of the vehicle.
