Algo Trading System Setup in India

I'm looking for an experienced algo trader to set up an algorithmic trading system in India based on my specific requirements.

Key requirements:
- Develop algorithms for swing and intraday trading.
- Platform: Shoonya, Flattrade, Zerodha, Alice Blue, Angel One, Dhan
- Preferred programming language: Python
