As the project lead, I am seeking a proficient software developer to create an advanced title deed search software that will incorporate a range of detailed features.
Functionalities I'm Looking For:
- Implementation of keyword search and filter by date.
- Advanced, flexible search options that facilitate searches by ID number or last name.
- Integration with the official government land deed registry to retrieve property information.
- Compatibility with property developers' and estate agents' systems.
- Ability to imprint our company logo on all interfaces linked to this software.
- A scalable solution that comfortably keeps pace with growing user base, with particular focus on French-speaking African countries.
Desired additional attributes:
- A system to sell memberships to people who need access to deed searches and credit checks.
- Ability to flip the language to French or back to English as required.
- A record-keeping functionality for credit records that allows easy retrieval upon client request.
- Deeds can be searched using multiple identifiers such as last name, plot number, ID, or phone number.
Payment and User Interface:
- Seamless integration with selected payment gateways for smooth transactions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate and financial services sectors, a strong understanding of integrating multiple data sources, and proficiency english and know some french or know how to integrate translation code. Knowledge of user interface design with various programming languages such as mySQL OR ORACLE or search engin developer will be a huge plus. Strong communication skills are also required to ensure effective collaboration.
