Add Compatibility for RGB Keyboard to open source OPENRGB Software

I am looking for a developer who can add compatibility for a rebranded Skyloong GK61 keyboard to OpenRGB Software. Keyboard currently has it's own software with full control that we would not like to use. You may use it as reference if need be. We would need full control over the keyboard's RGB LEDs, enabling the user to set colors on individual keys and use effects built into the software such as rainbow, wave, cycle, etc..

Key Requirements:
- Must work with OpenRGB
- The keyboard should have predefined static color settings and dynamic effects such as waves or breathing.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Experience in development, particularly for keyboards.
- Understanding of RGB LED control.
- Proficiency in Windows programming.
