API Integration for Data Retrieval

I need a program to integrate Thomson Reuters CLEAR and Recovery Database Network (RDN) APIs. The program will handle skip tracing tasks.
Requirements:
- Query CLEAR for skip tracing data (identity verification, asset searches, business info) using data in RDN with an IFTTT or similar protocol to refine results.
- Read and write data in RDN based on real-time events.
- Ensure seamless, secure data transfer between systems.
- Create a user manageable dashboard to adjust parameters for items such as client, lender, date address was reported, debtor, and co-debtor.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with API integration
- Familiarity with Thomson Reuters CLEAR and Recovery Database Network preferred but not required
- Proficient in handling real-time event triggers
- Knowledge of data security protocols
- Knowledge of skip tracing practices would also be beneficial but not required
