AIA Billing and Construction Job Cost Tracking App

I want to build a construction project software. I want it to be heavy on the back end side. The biggest feature I want is to be able to bill on the G702 and G703 forms. Similar to Procore, I want to be able to create a project, track hours, material expenses, travel costs basically all labor and burden on a job. I want to be able to break down the projects number to a schedule of values, track the hours and bill directly from the app to the G703 form. No apps have this option for progress billing. On the other side of the app I want a CRM with basic proposals and estimating. I don’t care if it’s basic and transfers everything to Word or Excel. I want the main focus to be Job Costs financial tracking and progress billing. Simple. I need a web based app for my desktop and IOS capabilities. On the job site side, it would be nice for it to be like Fieldwire or Raken with access to progress reports centered on the job costing. This will be the basis of the app, project management features with one simple goal. Track expenses, burden, labor and material costs to see exactly where we are and subtract consistently from the job contract amount.
