I need an expert to write a wcms step by step manual

An international organization is developing a live streaming platform enabling various business units from all over the world to stream publicly their events (webinars, conferences, shows, meetings). We need a set of digital training material in english (manual, step by step instructions with screenshots, short videos) for future contributors to understand workflow, roles and guidelines on how to get their events to be livestreamed through this new proprietary / inhouse platform.
