I need a business letter

I’m a self defense instructor and I’m also an instructor through the civilian surviving active violence program called AVERT. I need a form letter introducing the program and inviting the recipient (who will be an administrator for a school, government office or business) to attend a AVERT class with one other person for free to see if they would be interested in having an AVERT class at their place of business/organization. I’ve attached an info brochure for the AVERT program.
