Writing profressional business models / collaboration proposals / EPKs

We are looking for someone who is efficient in writing professional documents, for purposes of business relations and proposals.
Having experience in the creative industry is highly advantageous.

There are several projects within our social enterprise that require written business models, project plans, grant and sponsorship templates, event models, proposals, EPKs, press releases and general heavy admin. This will be a research heavy position.
We are looking for someone, or a small team, who is efficient, innovative and experienced.
We will require professional references (2-3 referees) and some samples of your previous work.

Since all of the projects within the collective are supporting marginalised and vulnerable communities, the ideal candidate will have experience with NFPs, NGOs or within the humanitarian sector.
If you are not experienced in this sector, good people skills is imperative. You will be writing these documents targeted at a varying range of people:
Indigenous Elders/Leaders, local councils, trans/N.B/GNC folx, venue managers, corporate businesses, artists, philanthropists, refugees, entrepreneurs, folks with learning disabilities, scientists, etc

The ability to independently and collectively problem-solve / find solutions is a must.
As stated, we are also looking for someone who is naturally innovative and confident in their skills and ideas.
This also comes hand-in-hand with being able to receive constructive criticism, being comfortable when wrong and practicing accountability, when needed.

This will be ongoing part-time work and will be done remotely -- we will have monthly meetings done via Zoom or chat. We highly value autonomy, but still require you to be an effective communicator.
Hours will be shorter to begin with and will increase over time.
Break down of hours and pay rates will be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
Wages will be paid through Freelancer for the next 3-6 months.
