Writer with experience in property and sustainability

Job ID: 34291348

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD

We are looking for a copywriter to help us write an upcoming eBook on the topic of ‘The Journey to Net Zero’ in the property industry.

Beyond this immediate project, there will be ongoing opportunities to support our content production. Namely, shorter form blog articles, white papers, and more eBooks.

Our ideal writer
You must have ample experience writing long-form thought leadership content for B2B clients. We are not looking for a principally generalist writer, but one with knowledge, experience and understanding of the area in which we operate and the theme of this eBook.

Specifically, we are looking for a writer with either direct experience working for a company within the following areas, or at least have experience writing for one as a client:
- Commercial property (we primarily operate in the office and retail space, as well as airports, museums, manufacturing facilities etc.)
- Sustainability and the pathway to Net Zero - ideally in the property sector
- Technology, digital transformation and innovation - ideally in the property sector

The trifecta is a writer with a deep understanding of commercial property operations, sustainability initiatives and digital transformation.

About the project
The eBook will be promoted globally, with advice on how large property companies can accelerate their pathway to Net Zero. We have developed a 5-step framework for doing so, and this will form the heart of the eBook.

It will be used as a tool to boost our thought leadership status in the sustainable operation of commercial properties, drive acquisition of new leads and grow our brand.

The requirement for a writer is urgent, with a deadline of mid-August to have committed to and briefed a writer for the project.
