Senior Business Trainer for Online Program

Position Title: Freelance Trainer

Job Overview: We are seeking highly qualified and experienced freelance trainers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have expertise in one or more of the following subjects: Business Management, Quality Management, Finance, Human Capital Management, Soft Skills, Innovation and Change Management, Risk and Crisis Management, Strategic Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Investments and Portfolio Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions in your area of expertise.
Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of diverse client groups.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into training programs.
Provide mentorship and support to participants during and after training sessions.
Collaborate with the training team to develop and improve training curricula.
Qualifications:
Nationality: USA, UK, or Australian
Minimum of a Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in the specified subjects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate participants.
Proficiency in using online training platforms and tools.
Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and client schedules.
