Retype 1-10 Page Business Document

I have a short business document—no more than ten pages—that I need re-keyed into an editable file. The source is clean but locked, so your task is simply to reproduce the text accurately in Word or Google Docs while preserving the original layout, headings, and any bullet or numbering style. There are no charts or tables to worry about.

Accuracy and a tidy final file matter more to me than speed, but I would still like the work turned around promptly. Before sending it back, please proof-read for obvious typos, spacing issues, and misplaced punctuation so the copy is press-ready.

Deliverable: the fully editable document in .docx (Google Docs share link is fine as well) plus a PDF export for quick review.
