Recruitment Resourcer
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am seeking a junior recruitment resourcer to source suitable candidates for positions in technology we are looking to fill. We specifically would like the candidate to use video and social media to source these potential candidates, as well as screening applications on our job boards and LinkedIn.
Other duties will be to screen resumes, interview candidates, work closely with our Consultants in the UK to ensure our clients are getting access to the right technical talent to meet their needs. The ideal candidate should also have either a good working knowledge of relevant recruitment processes, or have a technical background with an understanding of DDaT and Squad roles, as well as excellent communication and problem solving skills. This is a very pro-active role so the ideal person will be working autonomously and remotely, supporting our Consultants in the UK.
