I'm seeking a skilled marketing professional to construct a comprehensive investment offering. This is projected to facilitate the acquisition of an apartment complex in the next 3 months.
**We will collaborate on the financial projections, specific business plan, etc. - we need someone who can beautify the hard data (text/financial projections/graphs/maps) and make it digestible to read for a prospective investor. Our end goal is to have TWO forms of this investment offering (a summary teaser that is high-level, and a more granular deck that contains additional detail) that we can recycle on future acquisitions by altering text & numbers without having to re-create the entire pitch**
The offering must contain:
- Detailed information on the property and a projection on the returns
- A thorough market analysis and a disclosure of potential investment risk
- A succinct summary of the investment opportunity, a sponsor bio/track record, and a well-laid business strategy for acquisition and management
Ideal candidates should have prowess in marketing and real estate acquisitions. Familiarity with multi-family property investments will be advantageous.
