We are looking for an experienced freelance human resources consultant to design digital marketing career paths, an organizational chart, employee benefits, and draft 20 job descriptions.
Deliverables:
1. Consulting and delivery of career path diagram and organizational chart
2. Consulting and delivery of employee benefits incentivizing long-term employment
3. Delivery of 20 job descriptions according to career progression diagram and organizational chart, differentiated by education, experience, management responsibilities, and employee benefits to appear on company website.
Timeline:
- Project deliverables must be completed within 60 days of the signing date of the service agreement.
- All project deliverables should be completed inclusive of two revisions based on two rounds of feedback.
