Position Overview: The successful candidate will lead in identifying, bidding on, and securing potential growth marketing projects on Upwork and Freelancer. This role demands the crafting of persuasive and tailored proposals, excellent communication with potential clients, and a strategic vision to bolster our business growth on the platform.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Research and pinpoint potential growth marketing projects on Upwork and Freelancer that synergize with our core competencies and business goals.
2. Compose clear, compelling, and bespoke proposals that effectively highlight our growth marketing prowess and value proposition.
3. Engage in client communications, tackling any queries or clarifications, ensuring a seamless handover to our project management team after winning a project.
4. Strategize and execute initiatives to elevate our freelancer profile, encompassing feedback management, skill tests, and portfolio enhancements.
5. Monitor and assess bidding metrics to refine future bidding tactics.
6. Collaborate with internal growth marketing teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and feedback.

1. Demonstrated experience as an online bidder, proposal writer, or business development manager on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
2. Exceptional written English skills with a penchant for persuasive writing.
