MIDC Allotment Project Reports

Job ID: 39912839

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m preparing an application for an MIDC Maharashtra land allotment and need three concise documents that tick every box MIDC and my lender expect:

• Feasibility Report – a clear, data-backed snapshot proving site viability and projected returns.
• Bank-ready Project Report – formatted the way Indian banks like to see it, highlighting financials, cash-flow and collateral in language they recognise.
• MIDC Criteria Checklist – a brief section in both reports that maps each requirement in the current MIDC guidelines to the relevant page or annexure.

What I already have: application-process guidelines, land-allotment criteria and environmental-compliance notes supplied by MIDC. I’ll forward these the moment we start. I don’t yet have official templates, so you’ll need to apply your own proven formats or source the latest versions.

Key expectations
– You’ve prepared similar MIDC or state-industrial-estate reports before and understand their style and jargon.
– You know how to structure figures, DSCR, and projected balance sheets so Indian banks accept them without rework.
– Content must be ready for quick print or PDF submission; no elaborate design needed—clarity and correctness come first.

Delivery: first full drafts within one week of award, final revisions two days after feedback.
