Latvia Startup Plan Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m putting together a full business plan for a new Latvia-based startup visa and I need a seasoned writer who can turn our raw research and numbers into a polished, decision-ready document for our advisory board. The plan will steer our internal strategy over the next three years, so clarity, accuracy, and solid data storytelling are essential.
Here is what I expect:
• Market analysis – size the Latvian and wider Baltic opportunity, outline key segments, competitive landscape, and any relevant regulatory notes.
• Financial projections – a detailed P&L, cash-flow forecast, break-even, and funding roadmap with the assumptions clearly spelled out. I will supply historical figures and unit economics; you will refine and stress-test them.
• Marketing strategy – an actionable go-to-market plan covering positioning, channel mix, launch timeline, and KPI targets that align with the projections above.
I’ll share existing slide decks, survey results, and spreadsheets as soon as we start. Please be comfortable working in Google Docs/Sheets and ready to hop on short alignment calls if something needs clarification. Deliverables are the complete written plan (around 25-30 pages) plus an executive summary our board can skim in five minutes.
If you have previous examples of Baltic or EU startup plans, that’s a bonus—send them over so I can quickly see your style. I’m aiming to lock in the writer this week and wrap the first full draft within three weeks.
