LGBTQIA Community Engagement Event Sponsorship Specialist

I'm planning an event aimed at fostering community engagement within the LGBTQIA community of color. I'm seeking an individual who is well-versed in crafting proposal emails and letters, as well as identifying and securing promising corporate sponsorship opportunities.

Ideally, I would like to target beverage companies, health agencies, entertainment companies, pharmaceutical companies, makeup/beauty companies

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling proposal emails and letters to potential sponsors
- Identify and pursue solid corporate sponsorship opportunities
- Seek out a range of support from sponsors, including financial backing, in-kind donations, and promotional partnerships

Ideal Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in crafting sponsorship proposals
- Strong networking skills to identify and secure corporate sponsorships
- Experience in event planning and community engagement initiatives
- Understanding and sensitivity towards the LGBTQIA community of color
