Industrial Property Risk Assessment Program

Job ID: 39945082

Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 CAD

I’m looking to develop a robust risk management program for an industrial facility, with the primary emphasis on rigorous risk assessment. The goal is to identify and document every credible threat—natural disasters, human errors, and technical failures—then translate those findings into a clear, actionable roadmap for safer operations.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Facility-specific risk register covering all processes, utilities, and high-value assets
• Probability-impact matrix that quantifies exposure to earthquakes, floods, fires, equipment breakdowns, and operator mistakes
• Gap analysis against relevant HSE and insurance standards commonly applied to industrial sites
• Prioritized recommendations and a phased implementation plan, including quick wins and long-term engineering controls
• Visual aids—site maps, hazard heat-maps, and workflow diagrams—to help management grasp critical vulnerabilities
• Executive summary deck suitable for board presentation, plus a concise field checklist for supervisors

If you have experience applying ISO 31000, NFPA codes, or similar frameworks to industrial environments and can turn complex findings into practical guidance, I’d like to work together.
If the program can view digital video recordings and identify risks, this would be ideal. If this is not possible (or vulnerable to error), a checklist input by human observance will be necessary.
